We are excited to share that Avēsis is implementing an improved portal October 14, 2024, to enhance the provider and member experience. The new portal will support and streamline many of our current internal processes and initiatives including, but not limited to: 

• Verify member eligibility 

• Submit claims, prior authorizations, and appeals and grievances 

• Check claims history and status 

• Check prior authorization status 

• Access helpful documents and resources 

Each user will need to register on or before 10/14/2024. Please be mindful that beginning Monday, October 14th, all new claims, authorizations, corrections, voids, eligibility and explanations of payment must be submitted and/or viewed on our new portal. 

Our legacy portal will be shut off on 10/14/2024. 

Please navigate to https://avesis.veriben.net to access and register on the new portal.
